Returns & Exchanges

At Demeter Fragrance Library, we want you to love your scent experience; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened fragrance items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Scent

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
